Every year, Clemens Briels donates to the Ronald McDonald Gala event.
In honour of the World Children’s Day in 2004, Clemens painted together with patients of the Wilhelmina Children’s Hospital (WKZ) in Utrecht and their families during a special workshop.
In 2004, Clemens Briels and other well-known Dutch people painted chairs together with cancer patients for the Kika Foundation, at the VU medical centre in Amsterdam. These special chairs were sold during a public sale.
Starting in 2005, the Clemens Briels Art Centre organised the first offical Kika Golf Day. This succesfull event will continue to take place every year.
For several years, Clemens Briels has been donating artwork for the Liliane Foundation. During a special art auction organised by the Sharing Succes Gala in 2004, his art together with Romero Britto's and Marianne Houtkamp's was auctioned and the revenue went to a home for handicapped children in Kenia.
In 2008 Clemens visited a project of the Liliane Foundation in Tanzania. Together with 11 local disabled children he created kites as special art objects. In 2012 all kites will join in the "Kite Flying Project" of the Liliane Foundation to be auctioned during a special event. On World Aids Day on the 1st December 2005, special art bags designed by Dick Bruna, Viktor and Rolf, Carli Hermès and Clemens Briels were sold for the Stop Aids Now campaign.
As an ambassador of the Jack Rabbit Foundation Clemens Briels designed the special Jack Rabbit Award. These sculptures have been given to organisations and persons who have been supportive of the Jack Rabbit Foundation in a special way.
The sculpture is also for sale at the Clemens Briels Art Centre for € 150,00 and the total amount will be donated to the Jack Rabbit Foundation.

Clemens Briels started his relationship with Right to Play since he was invited to the Norwegian House Park City during the Olympic Wintergames in Salt Lake City in 2002 where he met Johann Olaf Koss who is a figurehead of the organisation. Right to Play is a humanitarian organisation which creates the possibility for children all over the world to sport and play.
Established in 1946, Unicef works for the survival and development of children in the world’s poorest countries. In 2007, Clemens Briels granted Unicef the right to use one of his artworks for the special Unicef art cards, sold in 165 countries. The proceeds help to support Unicef assisted programmes.
The Sanrise Foundation was founded in 2006, and helps the Sanpeople in Namibia to build a home for children and handicapped people. Clemens Briels donated one of his artworks for a special art auction.
During his 2008 museum exhibition in Shanghai, Clemens Briels donated a sculpture for the special auction that was held for the benefit of the Shanghai Charity Foundation.
